We commit ourselves to acting sincerely with impartiality, honesty and in the strictest confidentiality.The expert has to advise you according to your best interest, in the case of a sale, of a sharing out or in the view of an insurance. So his fees may not be fixed as a percentage of the value of the object.
Our fees, beforehand agreed, are based on time and distance.
The expert must also help you to the best of his ability. Therefore he must accumulate in all honesty and conscience all the information which are necessary to finalize this mission. This may need some researchs' delay.
