We will completely inform you on the constraints related to the different channels of sale and especially on customs and costs in charge of the seller in the different auctioneers (Paris, Bruxelles) Depending on its quality and preservation state, the object will be oriented to the best type of sale : ordinary sale, catalogue sale, prestigious sale or speciality sale. A reserve price is fixed with you. The reserve price is the confidential lowest price below which the good will not be sold.

A contract is duly signed, specifying the fees and sales conditions.

We take charge of:

	The dispatching of your object to the best location
	Relations with the auctioneer
	Your payment, thus preserving your anonymity

In case of sale, the commission of the Atelier amounts to a percentage, agreed in advance, of the effective hammer price.

In case of failure, the object will be given back to its owner after a delay of 6 months.

On basis of such a document, we will advise you on the best sales conditions.

To make sure that we will defend your interest on the art market, our fees are fixed on a pre-established percentage of the effective selling price.
